The Australian Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM), Mutuo, and Monash University have developed a new way of measuring the positive impact co-operatives and mutuals have on customers, stakeholders and the wider society to remain ahead of corporate rivals.

We call this Mutual Value Measurement (MVM).

  • Step 3 – We produce a Mutual Value Report Statement
  • Step 4 – Consider feedback and finalise statement
