The Australian Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals and Monash University have developed Mutual Value Measurement as a new way of measuring the positive impact co-operatives and mutuals have on customers, stakeholders and the wider society to remain ahead of corporate rivals.

The Mutual Value Measurement Framework can be used by co-operatives and mutuals across different industries, of different sizes, and with different capabilities.
